Hi,

This is my first time on this forum. I made a documentary with Randy called FIGHTER. Randy is moving back up to Heavyweight to fight Tim Silvia. What is your opinion about this?  Do you think it's a wise move?

I really hope Randy knows what he is doing? I would hate to see him take a beating as it was bad enough watching my 2 other fav fighters get whacked in Rich Franklin and Matt Hughes, would hate to see the same thing happen to randy.

Hi everyone,

I have already made a documentary on Randy, but I am thinking about updating it and I am trying to find out where everyone's head is at.  I know Randy well and I was just at the PSL match where he grappled to a draw with Jacare. Randy was not in shape for that match and and at the end he was in position to apply a rear naked choke on Jacare but couldn't pull it off because he was too tired IMO.

But it still says something about the guy. It reminded me of the Belfort fight. Almost everyone thought Jacare would school Randy.

But Randy ran out of Steam in Atlantic City versus Ricco Rodrigues (Who was Silvia's size) and although he dominated him at first and took him down at will, Ricco, who was in the best shape of his life, turned it around. That's when Randy went down to next lower weight class.

As a UFC athlete, who can you compare Silvia too?  I have my opinions, but I would like to see yours.  Is he a Tank Abbot? Let me know. I am looking to include Forum feedback, but I will ask your permission before capturing anything. Send me an email if you like.
